  • What learnings did you take from the chapter?
    With practice, anyone can acquire emotional competencies. The benefits of emotional intelligence include better work performance, leadership and creating happiness.
  • How did you find the two minutes of mindfulness?
    As I write this, I am three days into the Headspace programme. So I have been practicing mindfulness. I find it really good: the time passes rapidly and there’s a sense of calmness.
